How do I send an email or letter to members who are in arrears?

Buz has developed a report called Arrears Listing with Mailing Address and Email.  Set the 'Months' parameter (One Month +, Two Months + or Three Months +) and click update to run the report. The result will provide a listing of only those members who meet the criteria selected.  The CSV export can be used to mail-merge with a word processing program (Microsoft Word or Google Docs) or upload the file to BuzMail to be used as a recipient list.  Please reach out to support for assistance in installing the report.
