The help desk home screen displays your outstanding tickets, all open tickets, your tasks and a number of informative statistics.  Members can submit comment cards or tickets directly from the secure member area using configurable input forms.  Card threads can be managed within the help desk system or through regular email clients by simply responding to generated emails.  Administrative tools allow for a completely customizable help desk or comment card system that fits your needs.  Reports offer insight into how your members communicate with you.
